Due to the request from other community members I've added a "Report
broken links" section to the download webpages when they got redesigned

End users encounter a problem and then seem to try to find
contact/support information within the page all_rc.html and find
an e-mail address of this mailing list.
Even though, that clearly says it is for problem regarding the website,
not a product. However, the page currently does not have any other
useful information.
Right, not that much alternatives. I've now added some more. Please
reload the webpage and tell me what you think.
Additionally, that does not mention about the necessity of subscription
to the mailing list. So every post from users who referred to the
web page becomes to be moderated.
Is this situation intended?
Currently yes. But of course we can speak of how to improve it. ;-)
