Hi guys,
Isn't that better to use a forum for those messages than to use a mailinglist? 
You can Secure that with a captcha and every user can post a broken link. 
Admins can receive Emails from this Forum 
Another advantage is that every body can see that and don't post the broken 
link a Second Time.
