Linda Worthington at OOoAuthors is working on an English-language Windows Installation Guide.
I don't know if anyone is doing Install Guides for other platforms (eg Linux). I can ask the Authors list if no one here puts up their hand.

Yes, I agree completely, the Install Guide should contain all of the platforms. Someone else will need to write the Linux etc parts. I'll try to find someone to write them. When we have a draft of the document, we can put it in IZ, certainly. (It hasn't been written yet.)

I don't think there is going to be a Mac version of OOo2.0 any time soon, is there?
Of course there will be, the 680m78 build successfully and is available in english, french and german for the moment, with all the effort of the Mac team, congrats to them :))
