as a new year present, I have attached a how-to to issue 28019 (Writer: How to
work with dictionaries).
This document (title "Installing, Managing and Using Dictionaries") is the
rough translation of a how-to I have written for the French OOo documentation
project. The french version is still under peer review and can be got here:

My English being somewhat... rusty and simplistic, I beg for your indulgence
and ask to the kind souls here to correct the wording anywhere it is required.
