You surely seem to have some weired problems...

A just happens to be the first letter in alphabetical sorting (with
latin languages that is), that's why it appears first in list.

Some of the vendors "support" OOo by contributing the metrics for their
labels.
Herlitz, Herma, Leitz, Zweckform just appear further down in the list.

I really don't see a problem here.
(apart rom that the above might not appear in every localization since
they probably don't export their labels to other countries)

Adding additional ones is not a problem, but saying that Avery is
"supported" or gets some additional benefits just is plain wrong.
