Drew, Joe: I am about to publish the latest edition of the Base Tutorial. This version corrects all the errata identified so far (thanks Joe for your contributions) and adds a section on outer joins, among other fixes.
Drew, please let me know if you are OK with chapter 10. If it's fine with you I would also like to send you the section on Outer Joins so that you can review the SQL code. Joe, can we count on your offer for a Data Set? Also, could you confirm the spelling of your full name so that I can include it in the acknowledgments?
