The problem I have is that if I check /felix/trunk, I have /trunk and not /felix as projet root. Is it possible to configure it to produce something like /felix/trunk since 'trunk' is not very intuitive as a a felix branch ?

You need to explicitly checkout the trunk or another subtree below the project root. BR, Jukka Zitting
