We were trying to keep the "menu" on the left as simple as possible, which is
why there is one link for all documentation. A visitor should not have to think
twice about where to find the documentation for which they are searching since
there is only one option.
So, if we move the "subproject" page up, why not move the "community" page up
or the "developer" page? It seems like the same argument could be made in all
cases. From my point of view, either our current setup is completely
broken/unintuitive or not. I cannot believe that only the subprojects page is
broken/unintuitive...but what do I know?
