Carsten Ziegeler commented on FELIX-896:
----------------------------------------
Hmm, I have no good idea either how to improve this, but when requesting
http://felix.apache.org users might ge a little bit lost as all they see is a
huge list of news. You have to scroll down to see what Felix is about. So I
think we should move the news to the bottom of the page.
It may be just be me, but the links on the left don't look that professional to
me as everything is written in lower case, so I would prefer "Documentation",
"ASF" etc.
Ok, but back to the real point of this discussion :)
While I agree that the menu on the left should be as short as possible I think
we should remove the current documentation page and add all the links to the
menu. I think it's good if you can access the FAQ, Tutorials etc. just by one
click. The documentation link on the left could then directly display the
subprojects page. Maybe we can rename this link to "Subprojects" or leave
"Documentation" - not sure about that.
