Well, I'm really just going by empirical evidence (ie. I've often been asked
where the users docs are for various Felix bundles).
I think that when people see the documentation link they think it's only for
the framework, and they don't realize that all the subprojects (including the
various bundles) are listed there. Adding a separate "bundles" link might help
with this, and perhaps also make it clear that these bundles could run on other
OSGi frameworks, not just Felix.
Most users I think focus on bundle (maybe tooling) documentation, not so much
community or developer - but we could always poll the users list to confirm :)
