        * Unit tests pass (1.8.0_332): failed
         - mvn package -P runAllTests  -Dsurefire.rerunFailingTestsCount=3

TestQuotaAdmin is failing consistently. It's a known issue if I recall
correctly and is in the flaky list on ci-hbase.

TestClearRegionBlockCache and TestReplicationKillSlaveRSWithSeparateOldWALs
were flaky.
