This is a potential issue. Thanks you for pointint out.
Actually, some default settings are storied in the document so that
there is no changed when loaded to new OOo;
some are not storied in the document. We should take more careful for
these default settings and find a good way to invoid the above issue.

Moreover, some default values are set in the configuration files
(*.xcs, *.xcu), it is very easy to change them. however, some deafult
values are set by hard coded, that needs more investigation to change
them.
