It's not that simple.
We're speaking about time to fix EOL library .
PMC can prefer to allocate time for constructive work that is beneficial to
the project.

Are you saying a person taking time just to fix its problem and leave the
project once done should be a PMC member ?

The realistic side of myself would say that's not that easy.
