It looks like the KIP has been updated to say that the builds are nighly. With 
this change I am +1 (binding).

Thanks for working on this, Vaibhav. I believe you can close the vote and mark 
this KIP as passed, unless anyone else has comments. Maybe give a day or two 
and then close it out.

As a side note: if you have information about what does and does not work on 
PPC at the moment, maybe consider posting it to the mailing list. It would be 
interesting to know.
