In this case you even don't need to convert normal PO files into Rosetta
style, Ubuntu guys will do ;).
Well, no. They provide either an empty template for a yet-to-start translation or import ready translations from upstream. I don't know if or how they will import half-finished translations that are not yet upstream. Best ask them.
