I'd recommend to follow the same approach as we used for the translation of the Thank YOU page: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Translation_for_ThankYou_Page avoiding sending files via personal mail back and forth.

If you provide me with the information, I can set up a wiki on this and spread the information.
