The problem is that in the test you do not have information of the circle, you
are just ask to create a point with a distance to another point at a bearing
angle.
I understand that the Geo3dShape is an ellipse as similar as possible to the
circle. I wonder if you consider that the distance is the circle to consider,
is possible to compute the error for the angle?
