here is a first patch extracting a BytesRefIterator as a common interface
directly shared with TermsEnum as a first step. The semantics are taken from
TermsEnum directly so nothing changes for TermsEnum and its consumers. The
simple next method makes the most of the TermFreqIters trivial.
