I think we should go with a simpler solution for the 
Buffering/SortedIterator... this has caused a few recent test fails.

(latest: https://builds.apache.org/job/Lucene-Solr-tests-only-trunk/12476/)

If we are going to replace it anyway with the Sort that spills to disk, cant we 
just use a simple treemap?
