Bah, that conflicts with all the stuff I did offline :D
There's some nice stuff in there, but two issues:
- maven-site.vm is missing. I commented it out and committed it so it
would build again
- I'm not a fan of the CSS changes
I have some changes here for site.xml and index.xml that I haven't
finished yet since I got off the plane, but I'll wrap them up on the
way back and make a proposal for some additional changes.

Yah, I am working with Eric Redmond as we speak to get his patches
into the site and then I will republish tonight.
