I'll re-send the maven-site.vm. The LHS menu kind of depends on it to be readable.

I commented it out and committed it so it would build again - I'm not a fan of the CSS changes I have some changes here for site.xml and index.xml that I haven't finished yet since I got off the plane, but I'll wrap them up on the way back and make a proposal for some additional changes.
