I personally think they look good and I think if Eric is going to
step up and do the work then let him run with it and get some
feedback from users. He has attempt to make changes that users have
asked for. I think it looks good and it's definitely a step in the
right direction instead of endless debate and discussion on the lists
with no results. We're getting somewhere now.
I have some changes here for site.xml and index.xml that I haven't
finished yet since I got off the plane, but I'll wrap them up on
the way back and make a proposal for some additional changes.
Just work it out with Eric and make the changes, this is the first
time in a dogs age we've made some progress. I'm sure you two can
sort it out and people will give you feedback when you do it. You
will get feedback but the people who do the work get to decide. I
don't think you can make the site worse :-)
