Hi, in order to check if there is a community for a new sub-project (esp. GSoC projects for MyFaces), we discussed [1] the introduction of an internal incubator. We would release such projects early and e.g. after a quarter we decide if we keep and promote a project (as a sub-project or a module of an existing sub-project) or if we drop it.
