all the technical work related to localization in itself is on l10N.
The tool used to localize is of your choice, although LaunchPad is used
seldomly here.
That being said, I need you to register to OOo, to the NLC, your OOo
username and the ISO code of Miskito.
I also need you to sign and fax the JCA.

After this, you will have the ability to create mailing lists, store
documents and files and design a web site on the OOo infrastructure
under the form http://isocodeforMiskito.openoffice.org

Alexandro, do you have the Spanish po files?
