Hi,
New PR https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/3433 seems to pass all
validation tests/travis build (but times out in Groovy related tests).
AFAIU this could be merged into master, if approved, probably after the
freeze period for NB13, to continue development there.
We could either:
- add cnd/dlight into the "cluster.properties/config.release" (so
cnd/dlight) are included in the release build
- or modify the ".github/workflows/*" changing
"-Dcluster.config=release" to "-Dcluster.config=full"

P.S.: Apologies for the noise in the PRs, my laptop can't run all those
travis builds, so I've been abusing the workflows.
