Seems to me the release went well.

Some thoughts and input from recent discussions :

   - The installer (MacOS) was a hiccup. Hopefully that gets resolved and
accounted for better in the future
   - The new "github issue" / pr workflow so far seemed to work well.
Questions / Request for Input from the release team.. . Is there any
possible improvements on that but curious if there are any
other improvements that could help further.
   - I seem to recall mention of making different build types (i.e. to
reduce some of the time for builds - like php performance hits, maybe add
some "security/dependency" builds, code quality builds, etc.) in the in
   Github workflow
   - In the workflow, maybe agree on some further labels (i.e. release
   versions/milestones, etc.
   - Documentation/release details usage of PR base details was good, with
the netbeans-website document updates seemed to have good. Could any sort
of automated generation (i.e. a template based with query of issues/pull
during build is possible someway) would be of value? Could create an
initial revision then modify /edit as applicable.
