Could the reproduction inconsistency be due to the configuration of the machine?
Maybe should start characterizing with details like: - OS (Windows/Version,Linux/Distribution/Version, MacOS/version) - Java version - Screen configurations (resolution, HD, etc. - I suggest this because in a separate issue there was indication that when copying from Netbeans that it keyed by pixels which was wonky in HD configuration) - Netbeans version - Netbeans flags in use Etc..
