Should be OK now :
- Added body property
- Reverted default Content-Type and original unit tests
- Authorized no incoming connection with POST/PUT
- Added check : if content-type empty, body must be empty
- Added check : if body empty, content-type must be empty
- Added unit tests
- Tested against the API at the origin of the JIRA
