GOOD and BAD does not say why. It just says how one feel about something.

I get that the system architecture has a clear separate from OS to apps. No
question there. I also see the value in NOT having them in 1 repo.

But please bear with me, and let me tease out some "Why" answers on this
thread.

What I am gapping on is: How are 2 folders in the same directory in a repo
the system architecture?

What is it about the location in a folder structure that is perceived as the
system architecture?

Would you please help us to understand this POV (Point Of View).

Thanks for summing this up. I think this correctly summarizes what was said
before.

I agree that #2 is very very bad.
