From a legal POV you can't use the logo and name if it's not an official chanel
My understanding, and as it was explained to me by the Apache legal team is that you *may *use the logo and name if you give proper attribution. In other words, clearly indicate that these are registered trademarks of the Apache Foundation. Hans, you may want to check with the lawyers to get further clarification. 
On the on the other hand I'm sure Hans want to help :o)
So maybe simply removing the logo+name + reference to Antwebsystems.com will be sufficient. For the link on main page we should create an official chanel (Like I did for the blog a year ago, but I never used it really, at least yet)
That's how I usee things, and I don't think we need to speak privatly of a such issue (actually I think we need to discuss it as open as possible, so dev ML is OK)
