I'm getting a "You don't have permission to access 
/~jsc/developer-snapshots/snapshot/linux_x86-64/Apache_OpenOffice-Dev_AOO350m1_Linux_x86-64_install-deb_en-US.tar.gz
 on this server." on the DEB and the Windows versions.  OK on the RPM and the 
Mac versions.
