It might be worth giving a high-level description of what you had in mind, without spending too much effort and asking for PMC feedback. But as Jan mentioned, the ASF is a US-based non-profit corporation. So there are restrictions on what kinds of commercial partnerships we can engage in. In particular I don't think we could be involved in selling training. Would it be interesting to have a free OpenOffice course that also is effective as a showcase of the LayUp platform? That would fit better with our status and mission.
