To be precise, that URL is not hard coded. But we are redirecting to it
the following hard coded URLs from ancient versions of OpenOffice:
https://registration2.services.openoffice.org/
http://registration2.services.openoffice.org/
http://survey.services.openoffice.org/
They were used to "register" the product after installation and possibly
for a survey shown to users who were uninstalling it.
