OK, here nobody of us can help. The Infra team has to change the
webpages as it's on their server.
Anybody should read, that issuezilla is NOT A HELPDESK /before/ one is
creating an issuezilla account!
But at the end there is no way to prevent that users willl
ask howto questions on BZ anyway.
But with some words before the user create an account there is the
possibility to increase this questions.
Sure, that would be the goal.
