It would be good if we can have something like what Apache Arrow does:

I was thinking something along the lines of the second link.
But I do have concern that it will be quickly out of date if it covers many
projects.
Me too...that's why I don't want to even start without some buy in from
implementation maintainers. Otherwise
it will be out of date as soon as it's published :P
