So I was planning to submit an abstract tomorrow for a talk on the
Incubator track, it's about the journey/process of Pekko in Incubator. In
my case the talk would be planned to be around 40 minutes as its meant to
dive into various broad overarching topics, i.e.

- The context/history of Akka and how it got to the license change event
and what lessons can we learn about OS in general
- Differences of governance of Scala + Akka OS projects and Apache projects
(i.e. the "Apache way")
- Process in the Apache incubator which we found eye opening and what
learnings that both Pekko and Apache can take from this
- The legal/license issues we had to deal with along with the ramifications
of it

@Samuele There seems to be some overlap here (i.e. Apache vs Scala OS/Akka
governance) but you also seem to be covering some topics that are quite
orthogonal, i.e. approaching Apache from an Enterprise world and what
measures has Microsoft put in place to try and do better next time round. I
was going to initially suggest that we try and focus on these separate
topics but if as you state you don't have that much content to cover the
~40 minutes needed I am definitely open to collaborating (it shouldn't be
too hard to split the talk up into separate parts where we can discuss
these different topics separately).

I personally don't have an issue with this (collaborating on the talk)
albeit we are starting to hit a little bit of a deadline when it comes to
submitting the abstract for CFP (still have 10 days), although one thing to
note is that you can modify the abstract after initial submission (we can
also ask the organizers about how ammendable the talk can be wrt changing
the number of speakers, also mentioning that you just got approval right
now from Microsoft). I would say that if we end up collaborating we also
should plan on how to organize this (i.e. initially sharing slides and then
doing some demo presentations). And yet another thing to consider is
whether bombarbing the incubator track with too many Pekko talks would
hamper the chances of any of the Pekko talks getting accepted or whether
it's a good thing (i.e. more attention for Pekko) assuming the talks are
segregated enough on what is covered.

There is also a final point regarding what's happening with Pekko is
currently evolving, i.e. difference if we manage to get a release through
(all fingers crossed!) versus not and the talk is landing at the same
approximate deadline of our Pekko release.
