Well, one can get precompiled httpd for win32.
That's a good point. If Module::Build makes it easier to build
mod_perl on Win32 then I'm all for it.
According to Ken, he didn't have any bug reports, though he said that it's
just possible that it wasn't tested enough ;)
Otherwise then I still think time could be spent better. :-)

Stas, when do you need to subclass the MM stuff for mod_perl?
