No! Especially because there is no link from www.openoffice.org, left side, Help -> FAQ.
It would really help to link <http://user-faq.openoffice.org> from there (and maybe later consolidate the entries).

I don't read the Users and Discuss list usually, because I have so many other lists that I read. I am on dba, Doc, User-FAQ, Authors, QA, and a couple others.
Once we have an automatted update for User-FAQ, we'll go ahead and add a link. The new link I provided is a stab in that direction. http://user-faq.openoffice.org/new-faq/
The User-FAQ is updated from the http://www.oooauthors.org site, and all you need is a username and password, to be able to update FAQ items, etc.
