Yes and for the people they are also online in IRC we have a Bot at #qa.openoffice.org which posts an unconfirmed issue with link every 20 minutes. I also try to do some issues a day but there are many issues where the reporter doesn't answer. So if I touch that issues the next time i set them to invalid and close them. As I remember in June we had nearly 2000 unconfirmed issues. so I think 1600 is a good way. Regards Mechtilde -- Dipl. Ing.
