Yes, that's a really big problem. We have many old Issues where the
report sounds plausible (so that I hesitate to close it simply), but
where it seems hopeless to get it reproducible.
As I remember in June we had nearly 2000 unconfirmed issues. so I think
1600 is a good way.
I'm afraid those 2000 were "DEFECT-UNCONFIRMED", where we still have
nearby 1900 resting
