OK, I have added a rudimentary Socks5 proxy implementation and added methods
using the proxy in the NettyTcpTransportTest and the NettySslTransportTest (the
NettyWssTransportTest extends the latter and therefore inherits the new
methods).

Furthermore I extended the ConnectionIntegrationTest, the
MessageIntegrationTest, the SslIntegrationTest and the FailoverIntegrationTest
by classes that include the connection over a proxy (for this purpose I had to
refactor the original tests slightly in order to make them extendable).

> I actually did not find a possibility to use the jms qpid client behind a
> proxy. I guess there will be a lot of people who needs to run the library
> behind a proxy. It would be nice to have the possibility to set a proxy
> somehow.
