At a glance I guess they are not related, I've never experienced it though. in 
addition, according to SVN history, Roller's salt processing is introduced at 
2012 and the issue is reported at 2009. Is there a scenario to reproduce the 
issue constantly?

As to the problem about salt processing, according to SaltCache#put(), timeout 
of salt is 60 minutes, not 20 minutes.
