Hi Personally, I am fine with discussion panel, but I want to argue about Chinese catalog. Considering you mentioned about SEO, if we use that, we can't be sure it is searchable. The highest Chinese resources are all from blogs(csdn, segmentfault, etc.), it is never being GitHub domain.
Futher, if we allow this officially, this wouldn't lower the load, instead, we double the load for ourselves. Official usually means, maintainers pay more attention on it. If Chinese is the key, I am very concerned. Like our traditions, we only accept Chinese in unofficial QQ group for making everyone easy. I don't want to break this, and backward the cummunity from global to local.
