However, polling for it once in a while seems problematic for SA (maybe less so in other clients). So I have a question. RFC 1035 allows the query packet question section to contain more than one question (in theory). So would it not be possible to place BOTH the query, be it domain or IP, and the 127.0.0.1 question into the question section of the same packet? This would optimise the DNS queries.
