Nobody is saying that closer.cgi should be the only link. But it should be the leading link. IOW, if you could say something like: click [closer.cgi |here] to download the XXX release of Spark from the Apache Software Foundation mirror network or [here] to download it from Amazon's CDN it would be fine. > 3.
