OK than start with a 1.0.0 and 0.12.1 release. I can help with the
code base, but AFAIK only Fabian and Reto know all the necessary steps
to forge a release.

If we want to have a binary release we need to create a new launcher
that excludes all data bundles included none ASL compatible things -
and yes - this will exclude all the OpenNLP models ...
