After a day or so, the mirrors will have refreshed, and we could mention it on the downloads page. But, I wouldnt' suggest that we archive the release documentation on the website until the release earns GA status and becomes the latest "Best Available Release". As it stands, some people are still reserving judgment (otherwise it would not be a beta).
