I don't think so. You could just use ExtJS or anything else the same way
you would without Tapestry. As I've said earlier, the abstraction layer
would specifically be for Tapestry internal use (so, for example, it would
be easy and quick to have the Zone JavaScript written in Prototype and in
jQuery) and any Tapestry application could use any framework directly. I
really think you're thinking the abstraction layer is something quite
different from what it will be.
