Ok guys, here's an updated patchfile that includes Greg's implementation and a
bunch of phpunit tests. More details in the next comment.
Greg, I applied some light edits to TJSONProtocol.php, fixing a bug in
unicode-literal handling (it's a bug in java too!) and adding support for i64s
on 32bit machines. Hope that's ok.
