Hey James,
I completed the `Environment` section. I should have done it since the
beginning, sorry.
I don't think the issue is only with clang, for example the link failure due to
missing symbols :-)
I also noticed that Travis is reporting failed checks on the pull request but I
didn't investigate yet.
I'm happy to have a closer look also at what happens on Linux if you think it
is worthwhile.
In any case, the cmake build is broken at least on Mac OS X.
